These Terms of Use (TOU) define the rules for:

• Virtual Consultation Bookings: A paid interior design consulting service.
• A paid interior design consulting service. Photo galleries, design episodes, and styling content.

By booking a Consultation, the User accepts these TOU without reservation.

The Virtual Consultation is not an emergency service. For urgent requests, please contact us via email (projects@studioks.ma) or WhatsApp (+212 6 66 96 26 33).

• Booking: The User must fill in their contact information (name, email, phone) and select an available time slot.
• Mandatory Payment: A booking is only validated after full payment is made via credit card through our secure partner.
• Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to the provided address containing the connection link (Zoom/Google Meet) and instructions for joining the session.

By booking a Consultation, the User accepts these TOU without reservation.

The User may book for a third party (client or family member). They must:

• Provide the third party's contact details (name, email, phone).
• Obtain their prior consent (under the User's responsibility).
• The connection link will be sent directly to the third party's email.

To cancel, send an email to projects@studioks.ma with the booking number at least 24 hours before the consultation.

Situation	Consequence
Cancellation by the User after 24h	No refund, regardless of the reason.
Cancellation by StudioKS	Rescheduling or full refund within 48 hours.
No-show without notice	Consultation is considered consumed (non-refundable).

Users need a smartphone or computer with:

• A functional camera and microphone.
• A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G recommended).
• Software: Zoom or Google Meet (link provided by email).

• Duration: 30 minutes.
• Content: Discussion regarding the space to be furnished and interior design advice (color palettes, material/fabric choices, layout, etc.).
• Deliverables: A Moodboard featuring the key elements discussed during the virtual consultation.
• Disclaimer: The consultation provides advice, not a guarantee of result.

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and project descriptions.
• Not record the Consultation without written authorization.
• Respect rules of courtesy during exchanges.

All site content (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of StudioKS. Provided recommendations remain the property of StudioKS and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

• StudioKS: Not responsible for technical issues related to the User's equipment/connection, or delays/cancellations due to force majeure.
• User: The User shall indemnify StudioKS in cases of fraudulent use of services or violation of intellectual property rights.

Contact information is used solely for booking, follow-up, and service-related communications. StudioKS does not sell or share data with third parties. Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data via projects@studioks.ma.

In case of force majeure (natural disaster, strike, major technical failure), StudioKS may reschedule the consultation or provide a full refund within 48 hours if rescheduling is impossible.

• Modifications: StudioKS may modify these TOU at any time; changes are effective immediately upon being posted on the site.
• Governing Law: These TOU are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Rabat.
